There are loads of things I want in life - some of the things I know I'll get and others I know I probably won't.
That's because I'm super aware that nothing in life is GIVEN to anyone... well most people anyway. If you want something in life you have to WORK for it - it's not enough to WANT it.
The things I'm working for and willing to invest time, effort, sweat and tears in, I KNOW I will eventually get. There rest of the things on my list are there because they're nice to dream about.
Unfortunately, most of us, especially when it comes to our health and fitness, are still waiting for a miracle pill or solution that will do most of the work for us. We don't want to put in the effort because it would mean we might have to make uncomfortable changes.
Ladies, there's no shortcuts in life, If you want something bad enough, you have to do things that might not always be fun.
So I ask you, when it comes to your health and fitness goals:
Do you simply WANT those changes in your life or are you willing to WORK for them too?
