We expect it to be strong, fight illness and bacteria, digest everything healthily and speedily, look good, feel great, carry us with ease through every day and in every way...
YET MOST OF US DO VERY LITTLE TO HELP IT WORK EFFICIENTLY -
We eat too much, move too little, expect and embrace stress, sacrifice good sleep for nonsense, allow an abundance of toxicity in our lives from all directions with little resistance...
AND DESPITE OUR LACK OF EFFORTS, WE GET UPSET WHEN IT DOESN’T WORK.
We get PISSED OFF when it doesn’t work.
And we moan and whine to high heavens about the ‘burdens’ we must bear through our lives and cry ‘why me?’ to those who wish to listen.
