When your mind and body are not in alignment you diet, constrict, punish, binge and feel guilt.
You hate your body for not being different and you judge yourself through comparison with others. Whenever you see results, they’re short lived and are usually through the results of insecure thinking.
But when they’re in alignment with each other you nurture, heal, respect, gently guide and appreciate. You love your body for what it is, what it does and what it can do. And as a result, you not only see results faster but you appreciate them much more.
