If you’re short on time, here are the bullet points of what I discuss in the video:
In short, there isn’t a single diet that is THE ONE when it comes to weight loss
Not all diets are suitable for everyone – underlying health problems, sensitivities or allergies play a huge role in what diet works best for you
The MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR FOR WEIGHT LOSS is being in a calorie deficit, meaning your eat less food than what your body needs in energy
THE BIGGEST MISTAKE most people make is to go on a starvation diet and eat too few calories too quickly and then they plateau, stop the diet and gain all the weight back on
If you have a clean bill of health, I recommend trying different LIFESTYLE DIETS and seeing which one agrees with you best – please be advised that I recommend you try any diet for at least 30 days to truly understand if it’s right for you
To know what foods you should be eating, I recommend going on a 30 day clean eating cleanse and then slowly introducing foods into your diet - any reintroduced foods that make you feel sick, cramped up, bloated, tired and so on should be minimised in your diet in future
